Mike Soper has one of the best and most flexible floor plans I've seen. The team is amazing!
They were more than happy to assist us in finding affordable options for the expensive looks we wanted, which saved us thousands on specific products.
They were patient, kind, and accommodating when we couldn't make up our minds on one thing or another. I suspect that you'd be hard pressed to find another builder that makes you feel as if you are their only client. In fact, my daughter with special needs would be their biggest spokesperson, as she and her brothers loved going to "Luigi Soper's house" in Manorwood (the model home and current main office).
As for the final product, we got our home in less than a year and we LOVE it!
The Wellborn cabinets used throughout the home are beautiful whether you upgrade or not, and you won't be pressured to upgrade. Alli is very knowledgeable and has a great eye! We enjoyed getting a sneak peek of our kitchen via her 3D Cabinet Presentation.
Additionally, when we got our keys we were pleasantly surprised by the energy efficiency of the home. We didn't add or upgrade insulation. Perhaps it is the [standard] extended patio, or the [standard] 12' ceilings, or a combination thereof, but our house stays surprisingly cool despite the large windows!
The decision to build is a big decision that comes with a million smaller decisions. It can be exhausting! Yet, I am so glad we did it. Even my initially-apprehensive husband is very satisfied and happy with our decision- despite the fact that the last months of building were marked by a pandemic! If you're on the market for a custom home or even just a newer home like we were, I strongly recommend going to see their model!

We feel lucky to have been able to build a brand new home; as well as remodel a 1940's home with Mike Soper. We first met Mike when he helped us build our home in a Northwest neighborhood. Immediately we were encouraged by his personal service that he had to offer.
He listened and encouraged us to design a home that would fit our needs and one we could thoroughly enjoy for a lifetime. We lived in our home for 10 years and loved the great floor plan, entertaining ability and openness.
More recently, our needs have changed and we wanted to be in an older neighborhood so our son could be close to school. Mike was the first and only person who came to our mind to be able to help us tackle a remodel and help restore an old home into the beauty it once was.
Because of Mike's ability to envision a long term goal and to be able to provide quality work, we immediately went to work with Mike again. He provided us with personal ideas to help us update the home into a functional, modern home without jeopardizing the integrity of the old look.
Today we love where we are living once again and we owe it all to the work of Mike Soper.

The Vasquez Family
Our home was built in 1999 by Mike Soper. Our home is 2662 square feet. It is a split wing, 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. This was our 3rd home but this was our first custom built home. From our very first meeting, we liked Mike. He was professional but yet very friendly which made us feel comfortable. Mike was always very considerate of our busy schedule. He was always was on time to every meeting during the building process and he came prepared.
The building process went smooth and in a timely manner. Our experience was pleasant and hassle free. Whenever we had any questions Mike was always prompt in answering our calls. It was fun choosing everything from the wall colors, carpet colors, tile, doors, down to the cabinet knobs. In the end, everything came together beautifully. Mike said our home would take four months to build and four months later we were signing our final escrow papers. He always treated us like we were his only clients.
We have lived in our home 10 years now. Our home is spacious but very comfortable. There is no wasted space, we use every room in our home. It is open with lots of sunlight coming in from our many windows which gives us fantastic views to our back yard. We enjoy our privacy with this split wing. We still love our home and this is our final home
We love our neighborhood. It is quiet, clean and the streets are spacious. We have had neighborhood barbecues throughout the years and have gotten to know all of our great neighbors. We all look out for each other. We feel safe and comfortable.
You can trust Mike Soper to build you a beautiful, solid home. We highly recommend him.
